Shepparton’s Will Brodie and Moama’s Lachie Schultz put in a big shift on Saturday afternoon as Fremantle upset Melbourne at the MCG.

They were joined by Seymour’s David Mundy for the round 11 AFL clash and played key roles in the Dockers’ big win.
Brodie picked up 28 touches, including 12 contested possessions, while Schultz was also in dangerous form, scoring four goals and one point, helping swing momentum in the game.
Schultz’s four goals came in the second half as the Dockers came from behind to beat Melbourne by 38 points.

For Melbourne, Clayton Oliver once again made an impact, with 36 disposals for the Mooroopna export, however, the Dockers’ forward efficiency proved too much for the Demons.
On Sunday afternoon, Tallygaroopna product Steele Sidebottom kicked two goals and a point as Collingwood held on for a four-point thriller against Carlton.
Joined by Euroa’s Jamie Elliott in the black and white, it was another important performance from the duo, with the game in the balance.
Carlton was knocking on the door throughout the final term, however, Collingwood managed to hold on for the win.
Invergordon export Lachie Ash got 14 touches on Saturday night as his GWS Giants fell to Brisbane by 14 points.
While Kialla product Alex Keath put in an absolute shift, kicking two goals in the Western Bulldogs’ dominant 101-point win against West Coast.
At Geelong, Finley’s Tom Hawkins kicked two majors as the Cats downed Adelaide by 42 points and Kyabram’s Nick Holman put in a solid shift as his Gold Coast side defeated Hawthorn in Darwin.

In the last game of the round, Katamatite’s Tom Clurey performed well in defence as Port Adelaide defeated Essendon by 16 points.
Clurey was joined by Deniliquin’s Todd Marshall at Adelaide Oval, with Marshall kicking an important one goal and one point.
