The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW is inviting passionate and visionary young rural leaders to apply for the prestigious RAS Rural Achiever Award.
The statewide leadership program aims to recognise young people aged 20-29, whose past and present contributions to rural and regional communities distinguish them as outstanding and inspiring leaders of the future.
The program offers eight finalists a share in $17,000 worth of prize money, as well as an all-expenses paid, eight-day program behind the scenes of the iconic Sydney Royal Easter Show.
There they will participate in invaluable networking opportunities with industry leaders and policymakers, attend official functions, and develop their leadership skills.
Finalists for the 2025 program will be selected through an interview process, with the winner announced after the Sydney Royal Easter Show program.
The NSW Rural Achiever will then represent NSW at the National Rural Ambassador awards.
Applications close Friday, 20 September. For more information or to apply, for the RAS Rural Achiever Award, please visit the website
