The branch, proudly serving Yarrawonga since 1876, is located at the corner of Belmore and Piper Streets. It’s recently been repainted and fitted with stylish new timber and carpet flooring. A brand-new digi bar has also been introduced, giving customers a chance to explore NAB’s digital services with ease.
Branch Manager Jenny Thomas, who has led the team for the past three years, said the goal was to create a more welcoming space.
“We wanted to give the branch a fresh, bright feel – a place where customers feel comfortable and supported,” Jenny said.
“And while the look may be new, you’ll still see the same friendly, familiar faces when you walk through the door. We’re here and ready to help however our customers choose to bank – whether it’s face-to-face, over the phone, or digitally.”
She added that the update was a clear sign of NAB’s continued investment in the region.
“After almost 150 years here, this refresh shows we’re here for the long haul.”
