The Apprenticeship Factory is a local organisation that assists school leavers or recent school leavers to find an apprenticeship or traineeship that suits them.
Q: What does The Apprenticeship Factory do?
A: The Apprenticeship Factory employs apprentices and trainees, who are hosted to businesses which act as supervisors and trainers and are referred to as a host employer.
Our experienced staff work with local businesses to find suitable candidates for their businesses.
We also work with students to get them ready to take on an apprenticeship or traineeship.
It’s important to ensure we match the right candidates with the right businesses.
Our goal is to get our apprentices and trainees successfully through their on the job and off the job training and be skilled tradespeople.
