Police apprehended a man driving erratically at Merrigum on Saturday, July 13.

Sergeant Darryl Phillips said the 33-year-old Merrigum man was driving an unregistered 2011 Holden Cruze without plates.

At about 7.20pm, Tatura police intercepted the man while he was driving south on Byrneside-Kyabram Rd.

He was charged with drink driving, driving without a licence and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Sgt Phillips said the vehicle was impounded.

He will appear before Shepparton Magistrates’ Court later this year.
