Shark attack leaves woman with serious leg injuries

The woman was helped out of the water by bystanders, who performed first aid until emergency crews arrived on scene.

She has extensive injuries to her legs and has been taken to Mount Gambier Hospital in a serious condition, police confirmed.

People have been told to avoid the Beachport area if possible
