Whalebone by Jens Altheimer
Jens Altheimer’s Whalebone is a story about the last whimsical worker safeguarding stories from a rogue AI. Robotics and inventions come to life through mesmerising video and computer animations. A post-performance workshop is on offer for 25 lucky attendees. Suitable for ages seven and up. Show includes fast-paced video effects and twitchy sounds.
When: 10am to 11.30am.

Live Nation and The Resilience Project presents 3 Happy Tricks. Join former AFL player Martin Heppell as he teaches children aged five to 12 and their parents how to tackle anxiety and depression. There’ll be music, storytelling and plenty of laughs during this performance.

Spotting platypus
We all know what a platypus looks like, but have you ever seen one in-person? Join RiverConnect for a walk along Kaiela (the Goulburn River) to learn how to spot a platypus and contribute to Australia’s citizen science research. Your efforts can help fill the data gap and ensure we know how best to protect the species.

Footy fever pool party
An underwater adventure at Aquamoves’ footy fever pool party awaits. The water slide, rapid river and Tarzan rope swing will be running. Plus, plenty of pool inflatables to go around. Dress up in your best footy colour outfit for your chance to win a three month aquatic membership. Costume judging will take place at 2pm.
