It might have been game day at the Blighty Rec Reserve on Saturday, but the day did not just belong to the current players.
The Blighty Football & Netball Club invited its life members and sponsors to the grounds where they were thanked for their support with a day of sporting action.
The special guests took advantage of the fire and were treated to drinks and food.
Players were encouraged to stick around after play to chat with the life members in particular, who shared tales of their long associations with the club.
