Rahis Baig and Dion Grant pulled off a 10-wicket win for Euroa in the Cricket Shepparton D-grade competition.
Baig made 51 not out and Grant an unbeaten 28 in the Magpies’ comprehensive win over Karramomus.
Robert Smith took three wickets to restrict Karramomus to 9-82 from 20 overs.
Ashley Hockey’s 57 not out and three-wicket haul guided Tatura to a nine-wicket win off 15 overs against Northerners.
Hockey took 3-3 off four overs with Lee Simpson and Michael Nihill also taking two apiece to restrict the Jets to 106 before Hockey came out and scored half the total off his own bat.
A late-innings fightback from James Woods and Dan Hatton wasn’t enough for Mooroopna to overcome Kyabram.
Mooroopna slumped to 6-62 before Woods (18) and Hatton (26) came together to push their side’s total to 115.
However, Adrian Robinson (38) and Jack Sinclair (42) put on 84 for the second wicket to see Kyabram home with one ball to spare in a thriller.
Pine Lodge had the bye.
