Hosted by Tatura Lions, the action-packed event raises funds for much-needed community projects, and is set to impress. A host of new activities will cater for the young and the young at heart, and visitors will be encouraged to sit back, relax on the grass and listen to the range of live music on offer while enjoying one of the many food choices available.
Paella, baked potatoes, Indonesian and Filipino cuisine, gourmet spring rolls, pancakes, twisted potatoes, Spanish churros, and Devonshire teas are just a few of the delicious options on offer.
Children will be kept amused with abseiling, Zorb balls, jumping castles, train rides, and arts and crafts.
A highlight of this year's event will be he Australian Army's M113 armoured personnel carrier, with visitors given the opportunity to have a behind-the-scenes look at the working vehicle.
Profits from last year's event bought four new state-of-the-art hospital beds for Tatura Hospital.
The festival will be held at Mactier Gardens, in Hogan St, on Sunday, March 1 from 10 am to 4 pm. Entry to the event is free.
