The former Melbourne Storm and Canberra Raiders player was found guilty in October of offences against his former partner, long jumper Tay-Leiha Clark.
The 24-year-old had pleaded not guilty to a choking charge, two counts of assault occasioning body harm and one of intimidation.
He also denied backup counts of assault.
Magistrate Daniel Covington found Scott assaulted Ms Clark causing actual bodily harm at Sylvania on October 27, 2018.
He referred to evidence that Scott put his hand on Ms Clark's neck and "launched" her over a lounge into a wall, causing her to skin her arm and sustain an egg-sized lump on her head.
He noted that while no one saw it happen, Ms Clark's version was consistent with "persuasive" testimony from others in the house at the time.
He also found Scott guilty of common assault in relation to an incident at Lake Conjola, concluding the ex-NRL player "charged" at Ms Clark.
But he could not find he bit her on the neck.
Scott was further convicted of intimidating Ms Clark in a phone call.
The magistrate accepted Scott said "f*** you, I'm going to kill you", called her a "whore" and "slut", and also threatened to kill himself, before he drove into a tree.
He found there was an abundance of evidence that Scott made the threats and rejected his claims that he only threatened to harm himself.
Scott's due to be sentenced in Sydney's Downing Centre Local Court on Friday.
