The students of Tocumwal Public School have elected their Student Representative Council for Semester 1, 2019.
Each class voted for two students to represent their class on the SRC.
The SRC will meet every week to organise fundraising ventures to raise money for selected charities and school-based projects.
It will be supervised this year by Meg Gillespie and supported by school captains Remmi Wardlaw and Charlie Locke.
Another round of elections will be held in second semester providing the opportunity for a further two students per class to participate. Kindergarten will choose representatives in second semester.
SRC for 2019: School Captains - Charlie Locke and Remmi Wardlaw; Year 6 - Taylor Waldron and Rory Shepherd; Year 5 - Liam Sutton and Cody Palmer; Year 4 - Lilly Baron and Heath Mansell; Year 3 - Lucas Baron and Milly Beatt; Year 2 - Max Haynes and Harrison Wilson; and Year 1 - Ava Shepherd and Oliver East.
