NCWL youth girls squad announced for upcoming Interleague clash

A 28-player squad, which features players from the league’s four youth sides, was announced on Tuesday.

Shepparton Swans have six talents selected in the initial squad, while Shepparton United boasts eight representatives.

Atong Dang, Charlie McKay, Ellie Armstrong, Holly Egan, Imogen Putt and Payten Johnston make up the talented Swans’ contingent, which has enjoyed a fine season so far.

Emily Zampaglione, Brodie Marsten, Jorja Ayton, Kayla Davidson, Lissy Down, Olivia McGie, Sierra Tejones and Zahra Kelly are the Demons who will by vying to pull on an interleague jumper.

The squad is due to train three times before the clash, with final selections to be made on the Thursday training before the game.
