The 21-year-old Socceroo and his Sparta teammates were forced to flee the pitch just minutes before the final whistle of the May 10 fixture in Prague after hundreds of opposition supporters stormed the field.
Kuol, subbed on in the 81st minute with his side 3-2 down and Slavia on the brink of a title-securing win, departed the ground shortly after his entrance after supporters lit flares and clashed with several players.
Sparta players and officials left the stadium and the game was subsequently abandoned.
