Coming into the match, Rumba was looking to bounce back at the first time of asking following a wounding 12.18 (90) to 1.0 (6) defeat the previous week against a mercurial Moama.
The hosts down at Rumbalara Recreation Reserve made a strong start in front of a fervent crowd, tallying up 30 points in the first quarter before adding eight more before half-time.
From there, the hosts made sure to press home its significant advantage in the clash, rounding out the final two quarters in comprehensive style to end proceedings 7.17 (59) to 0.2 (2).
In a commanding showing, Tammy-Lee Atkinson was arguably the pick of the players for Rumba, hitting the scoreboard on three occasions en route to victory to demonstrate her threat in front of the sticks.
Chipping in to secure all four points in round four of the campaign, Ellie Armstrong, Destiny Brennan, Astyn Coonerty and Nerrissa Leitch all got in on the act with strikes of their own.
After its grand launch ahead of the 2026 season, the Swans certainly show signs of progress, having proven more threatening than the final scoreline suggests - particularly following half-time - only tallying up a couple of behinds for their tireless efforts.
This second win of the season left the home side fifth in the league ladder, having previously suffered defeat twice this term - with Cobram Tigers next up in round five away at Scott Oval on May 17.
Elsewhere in the division, Moama edged out a 5.5 (35) - 3.2 (20) victory against Tatura, as Mansfield claimed the spoils at home against Cobram 8.7 (55) to 3.5 (23).
Meanwhile, Shepparton United was awarded the maximum points after Nathalia forfeited the fixture that had been listed in round four.
This set of results leaves Shepparton United in pole position in the ladder at this stage in the campaign, with Moama trailing just behind courtesy of an inferior percentage despite also boasting an unbeaten start to the term.
