The Campaspe Playing Area will return to the greens for 2025-26 in weekend and midweek pennant action.
Moama will be out to defend its crown in the weekend pennant after a come from behind win over Stanhope 57-54 in the decider.
The Steamers swept through all three other finals sides after finishing third in the regular season, and the title defence should be an intriguing one, with strong contenders like Stanhope Tongala and Echuca all looking to build on good seasons.
Echuca had the running of the midweek pennant, winning three of the four divisions, including division one 56-48 over Mathoura.
The top-grade side lost only one match through the course of the season, and it will be up to the chasing pack to step up and prevent back to back titles.
Echuca was the dominant force in the midweek pennant, but can it keep the crown in 2025-26?
The playing area is also set to be shaken up this year by the addition of Kyabram Bowling Club.
Ky is expected to slot straight into division one, joining Echuca, Moama, Rich River, Rochester, Tongala, Mathoura, Deniliquin, and Stanhope as top-grade clubs.
The Bendigo Campaspe Goldfields Bowls Region Premier League will also return n 2025-26, two-time champ Moama looking to make it a three-peat against the best sides from, the Bendigo and Goldfields regions.
The weekend pennant gets underway from Saturday October 4, and will conclude with grand final day on March 7.
The midweek competition begins from Tuesday, October 7, and wraps up on March 10.
