The weather hasn't been favourable for Social Bowls with three competition rounds cancelled due to weather conditions.
Open Saturday Jackpot Pairs was played on Saturday, August 2 in beautiful Winter conditions.
Twenty bowlers played Pairs and the Jackpot wasn't drawn, so the Jackpot "Jackpots" next Saturday.
Big thank you to all members who have been playing bowls and supporting the Committees who keep rolling during the Winter months.
The new coach for the 2025-26 season, Chris Cooney will commence coaching on Wednesday, August 6 at 4.30 pm.
It was great to follow the local bowlers at the Deniliquin Classic Pairs Tournament last weekend.
A couple of representatives were featured on "Live Stream" well-done members, it was terrific to watch you play.

Club Corowa Indoor Carpet Bowls
No social on Sunday as Club Corowa Indoor Carpet Bowls hosted another tournament.
A quiet day on Tuesday with the winners on 16 and 15 (31) being the team of Gwen Mills, Joan Catlin, and Betty Clancy.
With the runners-up on 18 and 5 (23) the team of Ellen Buckley, Glenda Willett, Jan Webber and Merylyn Milthorpe.
Thursday’s winners on 19 and 16 (35) were Naz Carnivale, Gloria McCluskey, and Betty Clancy.
Gwen Mills and Peter Manning, the runners-up on 15 and 18 (33).
