Shepparton is not expected to have power until 6.30pm, while Mooroopna will not be back on until 7pm.
According to the Powercor website, power is expected to be restored at 4pm in Gillieston, Girgarre East, Harston, Numurkah, Stanhope, Tatura, Tatura East and Waranga Shore.
Power is expected to be returned at 4.30pm in Congupna, Katandra, Katandra West and Yabba North.
Power is expected to be back on at 6.30pm in Shepparton, Arcadia, Kialla, Kialla West, and Pine Lodge.
Power is not expected to be back until 7pm in Mooroopna, Mooroopna North, Mooroopna North West, Ardmona, Coomboona, Molka, Moorilim, Murchison, Murchison East, Murchison North, Toolamba, Toolamba West, Undera and Wahring.
Power is expected to be back on until 7pm in Byrneside and Merrigum.

EARLIER: Power is out in several Goulburn Valley towns with outages caused by the storm on the afternoon of Thursday, March 23.
Power in the region is expected to be back on between 4pm and 7pm
Powercor crews are working to restore power to more than 14,000 homes and businesses throughout the state as storms continue rolling across the network.
Almost 9000 customers are off supply in the Mooroopna and Shepparton area due to a significant storm cell that swept through those communities around 2pm.
Since 7am, more than 12,500 ground lightning strikes have been recorded in Victoria’s Powercor network, causing damage to poles, powerlines and other electrical infrastructure.
The hardest hit areas have been the Shepparton, Geelong, Bendigo and Ballarat regions and the western suburbs.
Extra crews are on the ground responding to more than 120 separate faults. In some cases, poles will need to be replaced and powerlines and other equipment repaired.
According to the Powercor website, as of 2pm, there are outages in Mooroopna, Girgarre East and Tatura power locations.
In Arcadia there are 49 customers without power, 45 in Arcadia South, 235 in Ardmona, 84 in Byrneside, 97 in Congupna, 71 in Coomboona, 98 in Dhurringile, 15 in Gilleston, 12 in Girgarre East, 85 in Harston, 35 in Katandra, 212 in Katandra West, 1545 in Kialla, 11 in Merrigum, 23 in Moorilim, 3496 in Mooroopna, 95 in Mooroopna North, 53 in Mooroopna North West, 495 in Murchison, 86 in Murchison East, 131 in Murchison North, five in Numurkah, 10 in Pine Lodge, 269 in Shepparton, 783 in Tatura, 132 in Mooroopna 132, Tatura 37, Tatura East five, 393 Toolamba, 52, Toolamba West 52, Undera 52, 35 at Wahring, four in Yabba North.
Power is expected to be restored at times between 4pm and 7pm, according to the Powercor website.
