Oscar is a playful and affectionate dog who loves a good pat and will never turn down a chance to play with his toys.

He has had minimal training so a return to the basics is recommended.

While Oscar can get along well with other dogs, his excitable personality might irritate another dog if they do not have the patience to handle it.

Oscar is not suited to a home with small children or a home with cats or other small animals.
