With plenty of food, paint and joy, the students of Banmira Specialist School spent the afternoon of Friday, March 20, celebrating the diversity that brings so much vibrancy to their community.

“We’re putting a lot of effort into making Banmira a culturally safe school,” principal Jesse Whittaker said.
Students participated in everything from face painting to a footy game at the junior campus in Shepparton.
