Flooding is no longer expected in the Broken River but a minor flood warning remains on Friday for the Seven Creeks.
The Bureau of Meteorology is continuing to monitor the situation and will issue catchment specific warnings as required.
Earlier: The Broken River and Seven and Castle creeks are part of a flood watch area, as a cold front crosses Victoria on Thursday.
The State Emergency Service issued the advice, with rainfall totals of 15 to 25mm expected.
Isolated totals of 30 to 50mm are possible, with thunderstorms across the flood watch area.

Upper Murray and Mitta Mitta rivers
Ovens and King rivers
Broken River
Seven and Castle creeks
Goulburn River upstream of Lake Eildon
Goulburn River Eildon to Seymour
Further rainfall totals of up to 20mm are forecast for Friday in the eastern ranges.
River rises and areas of minor flooding with isolated moderate flooding may develop from Thursday evening across the flood watch catchments.
Areas around rivers and streams may be impacted by flooding, and low-lying caravan parks and camping grounds could be affected.
