Sharing the field together marked a special milestone for the father-son duo, creating a memorable moment for the team and the Harrison family.
While it was not officially Joel’s first senior match, he made a strong impression by sub fielding for 16 overs in A-grade when a player had to make an early exit.
Stepping straight into A-grade for his first experience at senior level is testament to Joel’s hard work and ability.
Congratulations to Pete and Joel on a fantastic moment for the Harrison family on what will surely be the first of many games played together.

At the first school assembly for the year, Tocumwal Public School’s 2026 house captains were proudly awarded their badges in front of students, staff and families.
With the school swimming carnival being held this Friday, the captains will soon be busy encouraging their teams and leading by example on the day of the event.
There is always some strong rivalry between the houses at these sporting carnivals and the house theme songs will be sung loud and proud from the Tocumwal Swimming Pool.
Wombat House will be led by captains Ivy Farrell and Lachlan Coulson, supported by vice captains Phoebe Chappell and Aivaah Cahill.
Eagle House captains Elayna Ring and Lukas Jones will be assisted by vice captains Emilia Dickins and Patrick Taylor.
Koala House will be led by captains Whilloe Braybon and Blaine O’Donnell, with vice captains Kobi Jones and Jack Petersen supporting them in their leadership roles.
Congratulations to all of the 2026 house captains and vice captains and all the best in leading your houses this year.
