Celebrate Women’s Health week and get some tax time help with Waminda Community House

Waminda Community House, located at 19 Ballintine Street Benalla, has been operating for nearly 40 years and continues to provide various activities and services to the community.

Currently, it is offering free tax help. If you earn around $60k a year or less and have simple tax affairs, our community-based Tax Help program is for you. Call us now on 5762 4528 to make an appointment.

Waminda is also hosting a range of activities for Women’s Health Week. Please call the same number to book either of the activities below.

Yoga for Wellness on Wednesday, September 6, from 10.30am - 11.30am.

Come and experience a flowing, gentle style of yoga. Enjoy some yoga movements, breath work and nurturing relaxation. Don’t worry about flexibility or special clothes. You can adapt this style of yoga to suit everyone’s needs. You just need comfy clothes, a drink bottle and a light shawl or throw.

Looking After Yourself -talk and supper on Thursday, September 7, from 7pm - 9pm.
