Hume Hwy service station at Kalkallo listed as exposure site

A Hume Hwy service station at Kalkallo has been listed as a Tier 1 COVID-19 exposure site after a positive case visited the location.

Anyone who attended the Kalkallo Caltex at 1340 Hume Hwy, including the bowser and toilets, or the Hungry Jack's between 9:07am and 10:06am on Thursday, July 8 must immediately get tested and isolate for 14 days.

Anyone who visited the exposure site at the time should also contact the Victorian Department of Health on 1300 651 160.

On Tuesday, Victoria has recorded one further locally acquired case of COVID-19 linked to a Hume family in addition to two new cases reported on Monday afternoon, with 10 new exposure sites listed Monday night.

Exposure sites now include a service station in Broadmeadows and Ballan, the Craigiebrn Central Shopping Centre, a Coles in Cragieburn and an apartment building in Maribyrnong.
