Asphalt surfacing works on Channel Rd, Shepparton were under way last Friday and will continue until Monday, January 27, between 7 am to 7 pm.
Road surfacing will occur between the Orrvale Rd and Prentice Rd intersections.
The works will still allow local residents living in the area to access their properties.
Motorists can expect some delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes where possible.
Motorists are also requested to obey all worksite and advisory signage including traffic controllers.
Residents and motorists should take care and be aware of traffic detours.
Changes may occur depending on weather conditions.
