By Ed McLeish

It was all go at KidsTown Adventure Playground, as 80 children competed in The Amazing Race on Tuesday morning.

Based on the reality TV show The Amazing Race, 24 teams raced against each other in a scavenger hunt across KidsTown.

Teams made "pit stops" where they completed different challenges to receive their next clue, which helped them move forward in the race.

The winning team was Team Tune Squad, with its name based off the Looney Tunes television program.

The activity day challenged teams and encouraged young people to have fun while being active.
