Rotary Club of Tatura Art Show at Victory Hall is running across the King’s Birthday weekend. The weekend will begin with a gala opening, giving guests the chance to be first in to buy their favourite pieces of art. Entry for the opening night can be purchased at the door.
When: Friday, June 5 (gala opening); Saturday, June 6 from 10am to 5pm, and Sunday, June 7 from 10am to 2pm

Is Shakespeare in this Movie? — A play by David Williams
Is Shakespeare in this Movie? is an ode to the English teacher — a verbatim play that celebrates the complex work of teaching and the power of imagination to transform lives. Four teachers reflect upon their professional journeys, the emotional struggles they face working in schools, as well as the challenges and joys of working with students. Is Shakespeare in this Movie? weaves some rough magic, conjuring Shakespearean characters and transporting audiences from the classroom into places dark, strange and filled with wonder.
