The 34-year-old actor was found dead in a hotel room at the Fairmont San Francisco early on New Year's Day after the fire department responded to "a report of a medical emergency".
After it was suspected she died from an overdose, the San Francisco medical examiner ruled the death accidental, according to a report released on Tuesday.
NBC Bay Area reported on Victoria's death, citing police sources with "direct knowledge of the investigation," and added that she was "found in a hallway of the hotel early Thursday morning".
Authorities did not suspect foul play in relation to her death.
On January 2, Victoria's family released a statement following her death.
They told Us Weekly: "We appreciate all of the kind words, thoughts, and prayers. Please respect our privacy during this difficult time. Thank you."
Victoria - whom Tommy had, Â as well as actor Austin Jones, 43, with his ex-wife, Kimberlea Cloughley - appeared in some of her dad's movies, including 2002's Men in Black II, and 2005's The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, which he directed.
