Two award-winning Australian filmmakers will hold masterclasses in screen writing and production in Shepparton next month.

Film producers Catherine Scott and Bridget Callow-Wright will present two days of workshops, discussion and expert advice for budding filmmakers in Shepparton on December 4-5.
The masterclasses are part of Australian not-for-profit film support group Screenworks’ regional Victorian program.
Ms Callow-Wright is a senior lecturer in Producing at SAE, and has been nominated for Best Online Drama or Comedy in the 2019 Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Awards for her comedy series Over and Out.
Ms Scott is the multi-award-winning producer and director of the critically acclaimed feature documentary Backtrack Boys and will deliver a masterclass on documentary filmmaking.
She has been a director and producer on documentaries broadcast internationally including SBS TV, ABC TV, CBC Canada, PBS Television, Channel 4, Arte and France 2.
The two-day event will also include one-on-one meetings, networking opportunities and a Preparing to Pitch workshop by Screenworks Programs and Operations Manager Lisa O’Meara.
