The local Nepalese community continues to grapple with shared grief following last week’s landslide and flash flood that tore through Nepal.

Tonight, that shared grief is bringing people together through a candlelight vigil at John Pick Reserve at Victoria Park Lake, Shepparton, from 6.15pm.
Locals are invited to bring a candle and join in a moment of silence for the lives lost and those still missing.
The death toll has risen past 750, and more than 2500 people are still unaccounted for.
As search efforts continue, organisers say tonight is about standing together, offering comfort to a community still watching and waiting for news from home.
