Despite it being the Year of the Horse, Shepparton came alive with a roar.

On Saturday, February 28, the community flocked to Riverlinks Eastbank to ring in the Lunar New Year with a cultural and creative spectacle, hosted by the Goulburn Valley Chinese Association (GVCA).

Lion dance performances, traditional Chinese music, food trucks, hands-on calligraphy and craft workshops – every corner of the venue had heads turning and interests piquing.
