Second Mooroopna tobacco shop fire in a month

Police said a man was seen running from the area before getting into a small red hatchback car, which fled the scene at speed.

The store was engulfed in flames and has been destroyed.

Shepparton Crime Investigation Units are investigating whether the blaze is linked to another tobacco shop fire in the same strip of shops on February 3.

An arson chemist and detectives are expected to attend the scene today.
