A man has been remanded in custody after being charged with 13 offences at the weekend.

Shepparton police said the 42-year-old Portland man was in custody following alleged incidents that took place on December 12 at around 2.40am, on River Rd, Kialla.
Among the 13 charges include failing to stop under police direction, unlicensed driving, use unregistered motor vehicle, fraudulent use of registration plates, dangerous driving while being pursued, committing an indictable offence while on bail, unregistered driving on freeway, resist police and refusing a preliminary oral fluid test.
He has been remanded in custody and will face court at a later date.
