Numurkah police Acting Senior Sergeant Jayden Gledhill said a four-wheel drive ute pulled out of a car park on the southern side of Saxton St and attempted to do a U-turn at about 5.30pm on Thursday, December 4.
It, and an SUV travelling west, collided.
The SUV flipped on to its roof, and skidded on the road.
Two parked vehicles — a car and a ute — were also hit during the crash.
The driver of the SUV, a man in his 20s from Katunga, was taken to Goulburn Valley Health by ambulance with an arm injury, Act Sen Sgt Gledhill said.
The driver of the ute, a Numurkah woman in her late 20s, was not injured.
Act Sen Sgt Gledhill said speed was not believed to be a factor in the crash.
Saxton St was closed between the Goulburn Valley Hwy and Nelson St for about an hour after the crash.
Police are investigating the incident.
