Three children were in one of two cars that collided at a Tatura intersection at about 8.10am on Monday, October 6.
Police said a blue Mitsubishi Pajero and a black wagon collided at the Merrigum-Ardmona Rd and Tatura-Undera Rd intersection at Tatura.
The driver of the Pajero, a 29-year-old female who had three children in the car, was travelling east on Merrigum-Ardmona Rd when she collided with the wagon travelling on Tatura-Undera Rd, police said.
The driver and sole occupant of the wagon, a 70-year-old woman, was taken to Goulburn Valley Health for observation.
The 29-year-old and three children were assessed and cleared at the scene.
Ambulance Victoria, Shepparton Search and Rescue and CFA attended.
