Margie and Yvonne are 90 years’ young

On making it to 90 years old, Margie and Yvonne had varying answers when asked their secret to longevity.

Jokingly, Margie said it was all about late nights and partying, disregarding common advice around clean living.

Yvonne, who has appeared in The Riv previously for her croquet prowess, attributed her success to good genetics, with everyone on her mother’s side making it to 90 and above.

The pair have different birthdays, but were thrilled to celebrate the milestone together.
