Graduating in 2005, he started practising on Swanston St in Melbourne before moving to Benalla where he eventually took over Benalla Chiropractic Centre from Dr Steven Hewitt in 2007.
Since then, Toby has called Benalla home, meeting his wife, Kelly, and having three daughters, Poppy, Willow and Goldie.
“Dad moved to Benalla three years ago, so I think I’m here for ever,” Dr Fraser said.
“I love Benalla!
“I have been very lucky. I have an amazing practice with patients that I love to take care of, ranging from several days old to my oldest patient being age 99.
“And I have always had incredible staff, including my current staff Jenny Fita and Mellissa Kaine, who has been with me for nearly 20 years.”
Toby currently serves as president of the Gonstead Chiropractic Society of Australia and has recently achieved certification as a ‘diplomate’, which allows him to help teach students and more junior practitioners.
Toby really takes the time to thoroughly assess his patients, to identify the real cause of their problems.
His clinic is complete with a state-of-the-art digital X-ray machine.
In his spare time, Toby tinkers with old cars, mainly Fords, fixing bodies of a different kind.
