Goulburn-Murray Water’s Shepparton customer service centre is set for a refresh.

G-MW announced that the centre would temporarily close for renovations from Tuesday, July 22, to Tuesday, September 16, in an effort to enhance customer experience.
The upgrades aim to improve both accessibility and service delivery at the Wheeler St location, with G-MW manager of distribution services operations Craig Kellow saying these improvements would “help better meet the needs of customers”.
Until then, the Shepparton team remains fully available.
“While the Shepparton customer service centre is temporarily closed, our team is available through appointments, on-farm visits, and remote support,” he said.
Customers can continue to access services by scheduling appointments online at g-mwater.com.au, by phone at 1800 013 357, or via email at reception@gmwater.com.au.
“We appreciate customers’ understanding and patience while the works are completed,” Mr Kellow said.
