The 19.15 (129) to 3.6 (24) victory continues a remarkable month for the Bears, who have now beaten their past three opponents by a combined 293 points — an average margin just shy of 100.
Fresh off wins by 104 and 84 points over Tatura and Benalla, Shepparton maintained its momentum with a brutal four-quarter display against the Magpies.

The contest blew wide open in the third term.
After leading by 15 at quarter-time, the Bears kicked into gear across the second and third quarters, piling on 14.7 to 2.2 to put the result beyond doubt.
Ash Holland, Zac Metcalf, Max Brodie and Trent Herbert were named among the Bears’ best, while Lewis McShane led the way up forward with four goals.
The win keeps Shepparton in fifth position, two games behind the top four with five games to play.
With a healthy percentage, building off its dominant month gives it a real chance to sneak into a double chance siutation.
Defensively, Shepparton is getting it done just as convincingly.
For the third straight week, the Bears kept their opposition goalless in a quarter — Euroa restricted to zero majors in the first and third terms.
The challenge now for Shepparton is to maintain this level of output as the run to finals heats up.
It’ll face Deakin Reserve co-tenant Shepparton United in round 14 — a side stuck on one win, but capable of springing a surprise.
If the Bears bring this form again, though, they’ll take some serious stopping.
