On the final day of term, they showcased their talents at the annual athletics carnival.
Principal Janice Eddy said their determination, athleticism, and sportsmanship shone brightly on both the track and field.
“Every participant gave their all in each event, with runners, jumpers, and throwers demonstrating exceptional commitment and skill, leading to some remarkable achievements,” she said.
“The athletes were fortunate to have incredible support from the school community, with parents, grandparents, family, and friends lining the sidelines to cheer them on.”

There was plenty of action to keep spectators engaged, as students participated in a range of track events, including the 800m, 200m, and 100m, along with various field events.
The sub-junior children enjoyed a fun-filled day participating in track events, long jump, discus, and a variety of novelty events.
At the end of the day, students took part in a relay event, followed by some exciting Year 6 sprints against past students, parents, and staff.
Moira emerged as the winning house with 182 points, followed by Gulpa with 130 points.
“Special congratulations to our Sportsmanship Award winner, Jeffrey Grady,” Eddy said.
“Jeffrey’s commendable sportsmanship involved praising and encouraging other athletes, participating in every event, and always finishing each event with a smile on his face.
“Good luck also to all students who have qualified to attend the Deniliquin District PSSA Athletics Carnival, which will be held on Friday, August 8, in Deniliquin.”
