Waaia came out with a bang. It was a high-intensity start, setting the tone from the first whistle.
The game was fast-paced with sharp, quick ball movement through the court.
We shut it down early and took control, maintaining composure and consistency across all four quarters.

We started off strong and took the lead in the first quarter with great teamwork and energy.
However, Waaia overran us as the game progressed.

With team spirits high and girls playing out of position, we held them to three points.

Heading into the final quarter seven goals down, the girls showed incredible determination, resilience, and teamwork to fight their way back and secure a well-earned draw.
It was a true test of character, and they proved beyond doubt that they have what it takes.

A slow start, followed by a strong and consistent three quarters, saw us take control of the game.
Another wonderful display of working as a team and putting in those second efforts.

Another great defensive game, keeping the opposition to four goals.
Our attack end was extremely solid. With one of our key shooters out, we had other girls step up for the challenge.

Entering the game with just seven players, the girls put in tremendous effort to apply all the skills we’ve been working on.
