Josh Setterfield will be headlining, with the Iain Archibald Band, Tyla Rodrigues on the main stage and exceptional local talent Zara Lindeman on the day stage in the car park.
The ball focuses on giving back to the community.
“A few residents got together one day and came up with the idea to hold a charity ball for our town,” Lions Club of Elmore Charity Ball secretary Hollie Hildebrandt said.
“It is one of the best charity balls going around.
“We have a lot of people coming from all over Australia, including jumping on the boat from Tasmania just to come over for the Summer Send Off.
“That is how it sort of started; we wanted to give back to the community.”
So far, the ball has given the community close to $800,000, including providing the community car based at Elmore Primary Health.
Ms Hildebrandt would like to make clear that guests do not have to arrive in a ute.
“You can bring whatever vehicle you like to come into the ball,” she said.
“I know some people think ‘I can’t go because I don’t have a ute’, but that is not the case — you can come in a car.
“People will bring tents and swags to sleep in or have rooftop tents.”

Each ticket provides a dinner of roast beef rolls and a Sunday morning breakfast of bacon and egg rolls.
The TAC Vanessa bus will be at the event on Sunday if guests wish to get a breath test before driving to ensure they are safe on the road.
There is a dress code, with guests able to wear whatever they like in the car park, but to go into the live entertainment area, they must dress up.
“The guys have to wear black pants, a white shirt and a tie, and then the girls wear either a black or white dress,” Ms Hildebrandt said.
“So, a bit more prim and proper, you would say.”
The Elmore Summer Send-Off Ball will be held at the Elmore Events Centre on Saturday, March 9. Gates open at 1pm, with entertainment kicking off at 8pm.
