Euroa and Seymour could get hit by another storm on the night of Wednesday, January 3.
The Bureau of Meteorology issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Euroa and Seymour at 8.45pm.
Castlemaine and Kyneton are also included in the warning area.
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding, damaging winds and large hailstones over the next several hours.
According to VicEmergency, large hail is expected and people are warned to stay inside and away from windows.
VicEmergency said potential impacts of the thunderstorms include building damage, fallen power lines, fallen trees and branches, flash flooding, overflowing drains and gutters, damage to properties and homes, and dangerous road conditions.
The warning comes just over 24 hours after another big storm ripped through Euroa on January 2.
