Can you keep a beat? If not, don’t stress, because this African drumming session is all about developing positive experiences. Facilitators of the event come dressed in traditional clothing and are excited to share stories that bring West African culture to life. No booking required, head to Victoria Park Lake from 5pm to 8pm and enjoy.

The GV Wardrobe pop-up shop
Sam Spinks is a clothing mastermind and the legend bringing you The GV Wardrobe’s pop-up shop, opening this Saturday. Instead of one weekend, The GV Wardrobe will be open for two whole weeks of thrifting goodness. All items are $10, and $2 coupons from donated items can be used in store.

Katamatite Rodeo
Saddle up on Saturday for Katamatite’s first ever rodeo. Hosted by the Katamatite Lions Club, there’ll be plenty of live music, entertainment and refreshments to welcome attendees to the event before the action begins at 6.30pm. Saddle bronc ride, bull ride, rope and tie and steer wrestling are just some of the events to look forward to. Gates open at 3.30pm.

The Chantoozies
The Railway Hotel is celebrating its fifth birthday with a special live performance from The Chantoozies. From 11am Ally Fowler and Eve von Bibra will wow audiences with their individuality and energy. This pop and rock show is definitely not one to miss!

Summer SAM Camp
The Shepparton Art Museum is hosting a number of school holiday activities all bundled together in a Summer SAM Camp program. From ages five to 17, young ones can get into the creative spirit with shrinky-dinks, Greek glazing, paint workshops and dance parties. Full details can be found on the SAM website.
