Reunited with his beloved wife Pauline Margaret Moon.
Cherished and dearly missed by his children Jamie, Melanie, and Jeramie.
Father-in-law to Belinda, James, and Caitlin. Adored pa to his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held in memory of Phillip on Thursday 10th July commencing at 2pm in the Pinegrove North Chapel, Kington Street, Minchinbury NSW 2770.
The Moon family thank you for your love and support during this time.
