It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Father, John Joseph Bourke on 19th December 2025, aged 88 years.

Much loved Father of Suzie, Steve, Dean, Marcus, Rebecca and families.

Known as the kindest person to all who had the privilege of knowing him, John had an extraordinary ability to see the good in everyone. His cleverness and wisdom led him on an incredible life journey, leaving a lasting impact on family, friends, and all who crossed his path.

John's unique spirit and the magic he brought to our lives will be deeply missed. We invite all who knew him to join us in celebrating his remarkable life and the joy he brought to so many at the Oakey Cultural Centre, 22 Campbell Street, Oakey, service commencing at 10:00am, Tuesday, 6th January 2026, followed by interment at the Oakey Cemetery.

At the conclusion of the service light refreshments will be served at the Oakey RSL.
