7 September 2025 — peacefully with family at his side (Father’s Day).

Donald was the beloved husband of Jeanie (deceased). Loving father to Donald, Catherine, June and Lesley, and father-in-law to Peter, Paul, Simon and Sherry. Proud grandfather to Jason, Kylie, Simon, (Teela), Andrew, (Tlisa), Daryl, Natalie (Tony), Stacey (Zac), Jonathon, Jamie and Patrick. Great-grandfather to Zane, Elija, Ella, Jake, Summer, Riley, Taj and Mia.
We are greatly comforted to know he is reunited with Mum. He will be remembered for his kindness, quiet strength and love of family.
