It is with deep sadness and much love that we announce the passing of our beloved Paul Farrell, who left us on 15th February 2026. Paul was a devoted family man and a passionate sports lover who found joy in every match, every season, and every team. Whether cheering from the sidelines or watching from home, sport brought him great happiness – and he loved sharing that passion with others especially family.
We warmly invite family and friends to join us in celebrating Paul’s life on Wednesday 25th February 2026 at 10:30am. in the West Chapel of Mt Thompson Memorial Park, 329 Nursey Road, Holland Park, Brisbane.
In tribute to Paul’s love of sport, we kindly ask guests to wear the colours or jersey of their favourite sporting team – something that would have made him smile.
Following the service, light refreshments will be served as we gather together to share stories, memories, and celebrate Paul’s life. Paul will be deeply missed but forever remembered in our hearts.
