and watching you slip so quickly broke us.
You fought so hard to stay with us
and we were so proud of your strength in those final moments.

You taught us so much about family values, hard work and respect.
We will miss your humour, the one-liners and the scotches we shared with you
and remember your unique way of showing us your love, even if it wasn't in words, your actions always spoke louder.
Your love for your family and friends
and your youthful energy up until you left this world
is the legacy you leave behind.
It's hard to imagine life without you now
as we know you will be missed by so many
but we find comfort in knowing you are now reunited with Mum and Tony.
