Dear Leslie / Dad,
I was with you to your last breath....holding you and chatting as we have done everyday for hours, for a long time now...with you in that place that you didn't like and you wishing you could be back at my house.
The three of us - it was always about dogs, dogs, dogs. You, me and Mum shared the greyhound connection. Lots of years at the dogs and coursing and more. You, me and Mum - chats at the dinner table..
The 2nd July connection.
Then it was just you and me.. We got the "Keno" bug and the "Covid" connection x 2..
Glad you enjoyed your surprise Birthday Lunches and laughs, with our mates .. Also other outings - plus you got to try out Strath's KFC once, with Jules & I.
So Sorry Dad that the end was so horrible for you
and me.
Until You , Mum and I are back together. See ya soon.
